Sprint training 2021

During the summer, IK Fyris Uppsala Triathlon offers joint training on the Sprint distance in Björklinge. 

Observera att det är träningstillfällen så inga tider registreras. Däremot kanske det finns möjlighet att ropa ut tider vid förfrågan innan men inget garanterat. För säkerhetsskull ta tid på er själva. 

Everyone is welcome, so feel free to bring a friend or family member who wants to try. What is needed is a suitable swimsuit (preferably a wet suit over the tri / swimwear), a bicycle with working brakes, a bicycle helmet, tri / bicycle clothing, possibly. running shoes and tri / running clothes. 

The distance on the Sprint is as follows:
750 m swimming, 20 km cycling, 5 km running.

Of course, participation can take place in only one / some of the three parts during these summer opportunities, these are training opportunities so the participants train what they want to train on.

Vansbro home edition

Just like 2020, we offer members to swim Vansbro home edition 3km on the 10th of July this year. We swim our measured course in Björklingesjön. We will also train on this course one or two sessions before the "competition".
 
We do this event together with Uppsala Mastersimklubb. We recommend wetsuits, colorful swimming caps and also safety buoy if you have one. Participation is at your own risk. We will arrange timekeeping and escort boat.
 

Club championships

During the year, various competitions are also arranged in club championship . The KM champions are crowned during the Christmas dinner, which traditionally takes place in December.

Training weekends

The club's goal is to arrange a training weekend with the members twice a year. One in the spring and one in the fall.

There are currently no planned training weekends, we will return in the autumn.
